First off, Welcome to OTC!
What's up Fantasy People?!? Trav here, and I couldn't be more excited to share some fresh written content on the brand new OTC website. We think we've created a Dynasty eco-system like no other where you don't have to leave our platforms to make winning moves and take down your Dynasty leagues. While we plan to offer content for other fantasy football formats, Dynasty is really at the heart of what we do. It's how we've connected with each other, and now with you, and we plan to keep you and the center of how we grow moving forward. But, as I always say, enough with the sappy shit (coincidentally I'm usually the sappy one), and let's get to it!

In each piece of this series, I'll take a look at one of the most traded players in Sleeper leagues over the last 7 days, as identified by our Trade Database. Starting with Quarterback, I'll go across each position to give you a dynasty profile on some of the choice names to tell you what to expect from them in 2026 and beyond. I'll analyze based on usage and expected volume, analytical trends or outliers, and what their future might hold by way of organizational and contractual stability. Giddy Up!
The Sample.
Below are the 10 most traded Quarterbacks in Sleeper leagues over the past 7 days as of this writing. As a note, I'm writing this before the NFL Draft so some of these outlooks take into account rookie landing spots that may or may not come to fruition. For updated analysis post-draft, check out our post-draft content either here on the site, or on our Youtube channel.
For Quarterbacks we'll take it from the top and start with Malik Willis! Enjoy!

As of Apr 23, 2026Malik Willis
I've given some of my Malik Willis thoughts on Dynasty Underground, but if you haven't listened, I'm much less than confident that he can command staying power in the Dolphins' offense.
For the short-term, I think he'll be fine. He's going to run the ball, and the Dolphins' roster around him is one of the worst skill position groups league-wide. They need him to run, and he will certainly be a beneficiary of garbage time production in what looks to be a bumpy 2026 season in South Beach.
For the long-term, it's not that I don't think Willis could be entrenched in our lineups if a team were to build around him. I'm just not sure he'll have the staying power for a team to make that investment in him as their future. Truthers will have you believe Willis has been elite when called upon. He's had some pretty QB ratings for sure, but it's the sample size and the new environment that I think makes him a bad bet to succeed long term.
Willis' stint in Green Bay is the anchor point for his supporters, but I think you can reasonably categorize that as a smoke screen, because the trust to put the team on his back just wasn't there. Only once did Matt Lafleur allow Willis to throw for more than 20 pass attempts in his 5 games with more than 60% of the team's snaps. That was in Week 17 of last season where he had 21 coming in to relieve an injured Jordan Love. In his only 2 full starts with the Packers - weeks 2 and 3 of 2024 - Willis only threw 12 and 13 passes respectively. Are we confident that Willis can excel outside of the comfy confines of a Lafleur offense? Do we think the Dolphins can reasonably limit his passing offense and maintain efficiency? To quote my brother Jax Falcone, "I'm dubious".
Even in his small sample of productive play, Willis has been the major beneficiary of strategic play calling. Over the past 2 seasons, Malik Willis has had the #1 first read target rate of all QBs to throw more than 30 passes.
2025: 80.0% of targets to 1st read
2024: 90.7% of targets to 1st read
In Miami Willis is entering an offense where his first read may not be open as often as it was in Green Bay. De'Von Achane can't take all of the Dolphins targets and Willis' rushing, while great for fantasy, can only get him so far as the franchise signal caller for an NFL team.
My recommendation is to start looking for QB needy teams in your leagues now. Assuming your league is superflex, and you have at least 3 other startable options, the payout could be crucial in balancing yourself towards a title run, stocking up the draft pick cupboards or tiering up in the QB market. If you really want to game theory your league, you can wait until after the NFL draft in the event the Dolphins draft a top-tier Wideout who bumps Willis' price up.
Malik Willis is currently the most traded Quarterback on Sleeper over the last 7 days, below you'll find some choice deals from our Trade Database which I think offer great selling prices if you're trying to shop Willis.

This trade is a great example of what I believe is a tier up in the quarterback market. Bryce Young may not have the early 2026 production Willis has by way of rushing, but I think the Panthers are setting young up to have a good season and continue to grow as their long-term starter. This trade is also just a simple tier up, get creative and see what you can add to Willis to tier up even higher.

The above trade is a balance driver. TreVeyon Henderson is a great buy if you can get him for these prices as Rhamondre Stevenson is still lurking to suppress Hendo's perceived value. If I need a high-upside RB to add to the stable I'm making this deal all day.

I liked this move in terms of adding draft capital to your team. There's a (very) small chance you could still net Fernando Mendoza with the 1.04, you could take one of the top drafted Wide Receivers, or you could pull the trigger to move out for a 2027 1st while you're on the clock. With this trade you've instantly created freedom for yourself in your next move, and you've also added a premium asset to which your league mates will take note. In the Trade Database I also saw multiple trades of Malik Willis for the 1.10 or 1.11. Ideally, you're not going lower than the 1.05, but I the absolute lowest I would sell for in 2026 rookie drafts would be the 1.07. With the 1.07 or better, you're locking into no worse than KC Concepcion, Omar Cooper. When we start to get into the Kenyon Sadiq, Denzel Boston, Ty Simpson range is where I balk. The level of confidence I have in those prospects just doesn't math up that you can get out of a starting NFL quarterback.
Thanks so much for reading, I plan to bring more written content to the site now that we have such a great platform to host it. Please consider subscribing to the OTC Dynasty Helper set of tools to both support the work we do, and to upgrade the way you manage your dynasty leagues!
